Then you can edit biking, cycling, etc activities you do want to share as not private. This also gives you a chance to edit titles, add photos, etc to activities before your followers see them. Then on the strava website click "upload" at the bottom of the menu. Upload from file. Then pick the gpx file which is in the "Zepp/gpx" folder on the sdcard.
