WebNov 23, 2024 · The 1080 has a separate power cable and it won't run when you just connect it straight to the MXM slot. You need to do all of this shit too. Wire up straight out of the power FETs, and pull a separate 3.3V and 1.8V line from the MXM slot. I.e. solder 1 pin from the MXM slot. Those pins are fkn tiny.
