SpletI have found a solution which may work for you. Download the basic printer driver and scanner driver for local connection using the Windows 8.1 64-bit version. Run the dpinstx64.exe and let it install. Give that a shot and see what happens. Thats what worked for us. Something in the Windows 10 driver is very hosed up.
